ICE SHOW SKATER SHOUTOUT

Support your skater with their very own Skater Shout Out in the online Ice Show Program! This is a great way to wish your skater good luck and congratulate them on all the hard work they've put in this year.
Just submit your message and a photo of your skater (optional) and we'll do the rest!!!
Here's what you need to know to get your message in this year's program:

- Scroll to purchase: Ice Show Skater Shout Out for $20 & Add to Cart
- Submit your message by adding it to the comment section of the invoice.
- 150 characters maximum,.
- Payment by Credit Card through Uplifter
- Optional: Enhance the message by emailing a photo of your skater to the club email to be added to your message
- Submission deadline is April 10th

Dear East York Skating Families:
Attention, attention!
Is your Canskater working on badge 3 - 6?
Do they have a passion for figure skating, the drive to excel or the dream to compete?
We have a few spaces available for our Spring Rising Stars Program and are hosting our 1-day audition.
This invitation-only program is comprised of 4 to 9-year-old skaters who have auditioned or been identified by our coaching staff as having a natural talent for figure skating and runs concurrently with our Canskate and Fundamentals programs. This means your skater will have the unique opportunity of working towards completing their Canskate badges and STAR 1 figure skating tests all in the same skating season. STAR 1 is Skate Canada's first level of competitive figure skating and is geared toward skaters looking to progress in the sport.
Spring Rising Stars runs once per week on Wednesday from 7:15-8:00pm. All participants must also be enrolled in either a Canskate or Fundamentals session & wearing Figure Skates.
We have a wonderful team of coaches from provincial to national levels who will be working on jumps, spins, stroking, and edges with these skaters in a challenging yet fun and engaging environment. We have only a few spots remaining so we hope to see you there!
The audition cost is $25 and will run concurrently with our regular Rising Stars session on *Wednesday, April 3rd* from 7:15-8pm.
After the audition, skaters will receive an email with recommendations for spring.

Dear Skaters and Families,
Here are updates and general information regarding the 2024 Ice Show, Celestial Celebration. We wanted to ensure the entire membership, including those not participating in the Ice Show this year, were aware of many details. Scroll below for a call for volunteer help, ticket information and important dates.
Call for Volunteers
Are there any members of our community that have an interest and/or background with photography and/or videography? We are searching for people to photograph and video the show this year. If you have an interest in putting your name forward or have questions of what this would entail please email Sean at sean.s.lamb@gmail.com. For those with a skater in the show, this would count as your volunteer responsibilities for the show! We will share the full volunteer duties list in the coming weeks.
Tickets
Tickets will go on sale Monday, April 1st. Tickets can be purchased online for $20 each including tax and fees. The earlier you purchase the better seat selection you will have! Tickets will also be sold at the door for $20 (cash only).
