President's Message
Dear East York Skating club families,
The East York Skating Club has been a proud member of the East York community since 1949 and looks forward to welcoming new and returning skaters this season. As we launch new programs and welcome seven seasoned coaching professionals to our already amazing coaching team, I am excited to see how the 2022 season will unfold. Our dedicated coaches are ready to get on the ice to help our skaters achieve their skating goals. Whether you are looking to follow your dream of becoming a figure skater, you want to further develop your skating skills to pursue your love of hockey or just wish to learn to skate so to enjoy this great Canadian pastime, our community minded club has something for people of all ages and levels of skating.
The East York Skating Club is a not-for-profit organization run by a volunteer Board of Directors, parent volunteers, a club administrator and coordinator staff. We are always happy to welcome the assistance from parent volunteers. If you feel there is some way you can contribute to the success of the club and some of its events or initiatives, please do not hesitate to reach out to the club administrator or myself.
