2026/27 OFF-ICE TRAINING

We are pleased to announce the EYSC Off-Ice Training schedule for the 2026/27 season!

This year, we are offering both Strength & Conditioning and Jumps Off-Ice, with classes dedicated to specific skating levels.

Rising Stars skaters will be automatically enrolled in off-ice training. No action is required.

For Recreational Bronze, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond skaters, off-ice training is included for skaters registered in one or more East York on-ice sessions.

At this time, skaters may register for one off-ice class per week. Classes will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If additional space becomes available, we may allow skaters to register for a second class later in the season.

Registration opens Thursday, September 10 at 6:00 PM.

Please only register your skater for one off-ice class at this time. Skaters who register for more than one class will be removed from all off-ice classes and will need to re-register.

We are aiming to begin off-ice programming on September 16. If there are any changes to the start date or schedule, families will be notified as soon as possible.

Please note that off-ice classes may occasionally be cancelled due to instructor availability or permit-related issues. Refunds or credits will not be provided for these cancellations.

Monday sessions will now begin on Monday, September 21, 2026.
